Spicy Guacamole

This recipe is quick and extremely easy to make!

Makes 1 1/2 cups.

  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice, fresh is always best but for convenience I like to use Italian Volcano 100% Organic Juice.
  • 1/4 large red onion, peeled and chopped into large chunks.
  • 1 1/2 large avocados or 2 1/2 medium sized avocados* – stoned, peeled and cut into quarters. The best way to take the stone out of an avocado is to stick the knife into the stone and twist firmly pulling the stone out.
  • 1 large clove of garlic, peeled.
  • 3 fresh green Indian chillies, cut off the ends but leave in the seeds.
  • 1 tablespoon of canola oil/olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.

In a blender/food processor throw ALL ingredients in and blend until mixed together. Simple yet tasty!

Serve with your favorite chips.

Refrigerate the leftovers and take out whenever you need a yummy spicy snack.

*If you have difficulty judging the avocado size use 1 1/2 and if the guacamole is too runny add more in 1/2 quantities.
